Very often, if it works fine one day and not the next, then you have to answer these questions for yourself:
 
1) Anything new installed?
2) Any updates installed?
3) Did you change any settings or preferences in Sonar or your interface control panel?
4) Any USB devices powered off and back on?
5) Did you power off your computer?
6) Did you switch any USB devices to a different port?
 
It's likely one of these things caused the change.

+1 to the above. Another thing to consider is having run another application using the audio interface prior to SONAR and especially if being run in tandem. Running SONAR alongside other audo apps (even browsers) can create conflicts. Not all applications close cleanly either. Checking task manager for processes running can help identify offenders.

One more thing. I've been working on a project with close to hundred tracks and it has required editing on almost each one of those (it's a sample library creation project). I started getting constant dropouts about halfway through editing the project.
 
When the audio dropped out, a toast notification popped up. For kicks I clicked on "Help," and there was the answer.
 
Audio can become excessively fragmented when doing so many edits. Saving as a Bundle file (.cwb) compacts all the audio and essentially defragments it. Opening the bundle file opens up a fresh, clean, unfragmented project.
 
Although that may not be what's happening in this case, and probably isn't, finding out about this solved a problem that has vexed me for a while.

If a Windows update caused this, try rolling back the update. That'll tell you if it was the update or not. You have to find the actual cause before we can try to help fix it. That list I posted has a lot of little reasons for drop outs to occur.
 
Since you say it is affecting all of your songs, it definitely points to something outside of Sonar. Verify your sample rate and bit depth. You may want to check for updated drivers for your interface. I've even seen where simply uninstalling and reinstalling the driver will fix it. It really depends...which is a terrible answer, but there it is.
 
You should make sure to post your PC specs and interface, driver version, etc, as that may trigger something that another user can help you with. We've all been there...
