Andrew Rossa
From executive producer, Craig Anderton:

When you’re ready to rock—and rock hard—these loops provide the perfect hook to power a song, inspire your own songs, or lend a fresh sonic touch to dance music. Played by former David Lee Roth guitarist Bart Walsh, this unique collection offers both REX and Groove Clip (Acidized) format loops that have been edited for optimum stretching and perfect timing. Check out the audio demo on SoundCloud.

PS - I've asked Craig Anderton, who did the editing work on this library, to share the techniques he used. Some of them are not at all obvious, so you might find his insights helpful in creating your own loops, or getting the most out of these loops. I'm sure he'd also be glad to answer any questions you might have about the loop creation process. I'll keep this thread open for replies.

Very cool! But I like to create my own rock guitar anthems.

No reason there can't be a volume II!

Andrew, I'll describe some of the techniques tomorrow or Friday, I need to finish up my Sound on Sound column tonight.

Meanwhile, I hope people get a chance to check out the audio demo. FWIW all the bass parts were done with the EB5 expansion pack, percussion is the EDM Percussion Loop Library, and the drum loops are from Chris McHugh's Discrete Drums library.

Sounds like fun. I notice a lot of chorus on the guitar. Are there different tones available for each riff? Or, dare I say, clean DI version? That would be handy!

Excellent question...for maximum flexibility, all the guitars in the library are amp distortion only, no effects. The library itself has no clean DI versions, as the object was to make it plug-and-play; however, we do have clean DI files of everything in the library if there's sufficient interest. The roadblock is that creating equivalent loops from those files would take even longer than doing the library all over again from scratch, because DI files are much tougher to edit.

111? That's 101 louder. Has this product been vetted with health and safety? I mean people might get ear damage? Also my miniture horses (for the druids who live with me) might spontaneously combust? And if it loops the nightmare may never end.

Please be kind to the environment.
