Do all the effects set in the Pro Channel for the Master Bus get saved when exporting audio? Reason for the question is that Proc Channel and Master Bus are not specifically named in the selection box in the audio export window.

If you mean applied as in a mixdown yes they are. There is a box to check that will add FX when checked or not when unchecked. This applies to the Pro Channel.

Prochannel is a part of the track or bus it is attached to. So if it is enabled than yes.
