The control bar isn't working properly. When my cursor is over the left half of the transport module for example, the snap module to the left of it lights up and I am unable to use any buttons on the left half of the transport module. Any ideas? I first noticed it when using two external monitors. I'm not sure if this was happening since install because I've been using mostly keyboard shortcuts.

After one update I had to go down to the taskbar, click close the program on Sonar but it wouldn't close, the toolbar would start working. I rolled back and it stopped. It wasn't sonar, it was MS. I know it sounds nuts but I found it by accident, my toolbar was greyed out and not working at all, Sonar wouldn't close so I tried to close it that way and it made it start working. W-10 is nice but spooky sometimes.

Good luck. Also try a reboot.

Through trial and error I've found it is somehow related to using multiple monitors. With just using my laptop screen the control bar functions as normal. As soon as I extend the screen to another monitor it starts again

Now it's doing it all the time. This is driving me nuts. On the default control bar setup, if my cursor goes any further left on the transport module than the record button, the snap module lights up. I've tried reinstalling and repersonalizing. I'm at a loss

I'm using matching dual monitors with a desktop and haven't run into this.  I wonder if it's related to the scaling between the two, or something similar?  But if so, I'm not really sure how to go about testing that...

What happens if you use only the external monitor?

It's now doing it on the built in display, single or dual monitor. Even after a clean install including deleting the registry keys

Cool!   Having the Control Bar available is kinda nice.
