Like the workspace for MIDI only, it would be great to be able to select a set of default key bindings that removes every single audio-related shortcut and gives a good useful set of midi-related shortcuts, including things like "maximize the event view" and "maximize piano roll view" and "divide the screen into staff view on top and piano roll view on the bottom" and the like.

How many keys are bound to audio-only anyway? Not many I don't think. Can you list a few examples.

I think you can use screen sets to show exactly what you want and I *think* those are activated by the number keys.  Screen sets are highly customizable.
