Ipswich Platinum. In the first 3 or 4 days Start screen had some minor issues. Today when I open Splat in offline mode Start screen is blank with no projects icons. When I open Splat with on line connection Start sceen is all right. ????

I've had that happen a couple of times even with the internet connection on.
 
I have to say, while I quite like the basic design of the Start Screen, as someone who works pretty much all day every day in Sonar, it's current state is starting to grate on me. It's slow and buggy.

I sent a mail with my question to the support team on 09/23/2015.
They answered that they will reply as soon as possible.
Until now (10 days), despite a reminder, no answer..........I'm really surprised.

Same issue here, I e-mailed shortly after the hopkington release and never got a reply. It works perfect when connected but not when offline. I don't wanna complain too much tho cos everything else has been fantastic.

Exactly the same issue here.

There is.. in preferences.

I have a blank start screen a couple of times-nothing reproducible.  When it happened, buzzing my mouse cursor back and forth over it made it refresh.  Well, it appeared to.  Like I said, I haven't been to get a blank SS often enough to verify.
 
If this happens, please try it.

If it is I can't find it.
 
When I click on the files/advanced disable start screen it does stop the new start screen from loading but it does not revert back to the old start screen.  By the old start screen I mean the one that came up front and center when you started Sonar.
 
What am I missing?

The issue still remains.
We just hope that with the next update the bakers could make it working out.
