Got a new computer recently and installed Platinum Jamaica Plain. All my other Platinum upgrades were on my previous computer. So since my new computer has only "known" JP, is there any way to rollback to Ipswitch until the bugs in JP are worked out? I'm having crashing issues with JP.
 
Nothing in my Command Center or My Account (Products) shows any mention of my upgrades. Am I just stuck with JP for now?

Hi. Right click on SONAR in CCC, and choose rollback.
All the best.

Then select which version you want to rollback to and CCC will download the appropriate version for you.
