SO FRUSTRATING!!!
 
In PRV, all of a sudden I can't enable the Scrub Tool. I have a keystroke assigned to it, and have checked it a thousand times, and restarted Sonar. Why can't I use the scrub tool now?

Remember that you can't scrub by dragging in the PRV's time line. You have to drag within the PRV. (In Track View, dragging in the time line scrubs all tracks, as opposed to dragging in just one track to scrub only that track.)
 

Thanks, yeah I know that. The scrub tool has worked just fine for me forever. I've just installed X3e on a new computer and now it doesn't work. What's weird is that when I create a new project, PRV and Track View both DEFAULT to the scrub tool. Then after I switch to the Smart Tool, there's no going back - I can't get the scrub tool to work for love or money. In any view.
 
I'm stumped. Anyone?

Has the "J" keyboard modifier been hijacked by something else?
