Noob question alert!!

I have purchased Z3TA+ 2.1 and use it in FL Studio. If I run the Z3TA from outside FL all the presets are available. However, if I run it inside FL none of the presets are available. This happened after I tried the Initialize function.

How do I re-load the presets within the Z3TA VST?
