Ok so i am going to take the next step and buy proper equiptment for recording my Semi acoustic guitar and voice into SONAR .
 
My list is :
 
Behringer C-1 Studio condenser microphone
Presonus Audiobox USB 2x2 
 
Now i know i need the right leads for the mic but do not know which ones i need , Can somebody advice me please  ?
 
Am i missing anything  ? ? 
They will work together right  ?  Sure there is a phantom power switch on the Presonus .

For the mic you need a standard male->female XLR cable  (commonly called a mic cable).  Ask at your local music store for a mic cable and they'll know what you mean.

Local music store  ? ?  What are they , Oh the place`s that charge about 40% more than shopping online . But thanks for the help in the name of the lead .

As for music stores vs online shopping, I guess I'm a bit long in the tooth because I prefer supporting my local music store whenever possible...
 
But, if you're on a tight budget then, yeah, I suppose online is the way to go 

And one last thing , When i am recording , I like to record the guitar and my vocals at the same time and not record the guitar and then do the vocals .
So how would i stop the mic picking up my guitar sound as that will be going directly into the audio interface and i don't want to have the background noise of the guitar (twice) as it were .

There is no way for a mic not to pick up your singing and guitar playing if you do both at the same time.  Your best bet is if it has a line out - just plug that into your DI (1/4 inch plug).  Your interface should have one associated w/ a mic input.  It will also be called an instrument input, and sometimes they combo a 1/4 inch and XLR (mic) input.  If you are playing acoustic w/ no electronics, you are out of luck and have to just a work around.  If you absolutely need to have your voice to play guitar, do one pass with the mic picking up both, then play along w/ the previously recorded track just like you plan to sing.
 
Yes, cabling is something your local music store marks up.  On the other hand, when a needed cable breaks in a session, if you don't have a local store or the ability to solder it yourself, you'll pay more to have it quickly shipped.  Sometimes it is worthwhile to throw you local shop a pricey bone.

The cleanest recordings involve playing each part separately.  
When you solo a track all you hear is the voice or the guitar. No leakage. 
A one pass recording is a "live" recording. 
The problem with recording live with a LDC mike is it picks up everything in the room. 
If you make a mistake on either you vocal or your guitar you have to re do the whole song over and over until it's the way you wanted it. 
To diminish this you have to isolate each part as best you can. 
 I would use a dynamic mike like a Beta 58 to isolate the voice more. 
And plug the guitar in direct. 
 
You just missed a sale on mike cords from Musicians friend yesterday. $9.99 for a Rapco 25'. 
 
I buy 80% of my gear from Tom Lee music. I usually get a better price because they know how to keep me happy as a customer. And I don't pay shipping which is terrible in Canada. 
The above $9.99 mike cord is $24 at check out for me. It's 19.99 if I go in the store. 
 
I don't believe anyone here would be recommending a Behringer mike. For low price points look at the CAD mikes.
