Looks like a mistake. I searched your account and see a cancelled Professional membership but an active Platinum membership. Given the case you probably should have not been targeted in the email.

Awesome! Yeah, it dawned on me after I posted that maybe it was the Pro account that was cancelled when I upgraded to Plat. Thanks for the fast response! :)

I also received this email... I assume it is because I cancelled my monthly and switched to single pay... but that was 6 or 8 months ago... I answered the survey and said so.
