And it's pretty damn good too! I bought it, and whilst I use predominantly iLectric (with all upgrade keys packs) from IK, the Neosoul gives a set that is different and in some cases I'd suggest, better.

Well worth the $'s imho

And they'll add the original sample set as a complimentary in-app supplement.
Of note: would be great if we could use Overloud VKFX as a separate effects bundle in iOS.

So I had the ad-supported (free) version for quite a while, now, and didn't really use it, but I was intrigued by the upgrade, so I went ahead and made the in-app purchase for $19.99. But after that, the only thing that changed from the free version is that the opening screen, where the different piano icons are there, no longer says "ad supported" across the front. Once you open any of the pianos, it has NO new functions, no FX, and no presets, either. So I contacted the app developer online and they did respond right away, saying they are "aware" of the preset problem and working to fix it. Plus, they told me where to find the FX--except my version of the app doesn't have any of the buttons on the left side of the piano that is in the screen shot they provided. So I am inclined to try and get a refund, as 20 bucks is not a cheap app, and I didn't get any of what I thought I paid for. Perhaps it will resolve soon, but as of now...not too happy.  So for anyone else who has downloaded this, let me know if yours is working ok. I do have a brand new iPad Pro, so it the app is definitely supported. I tried deleting and redownloading the app, but that didn't do anything, even when I restored my in-app purchase. Sheesh.

Oops. Thanks for the heads up.

To continue the story, I have been in touch with the app developers--they told me that I had upgraded the "old" app (since discontinued?) and the price of $19.99 got rid of ads and time limits. Nowhere was this stated, and in a search for the app on the app store, I only see the "new" one. So the new app is completely separate, and I spent 20 bucks for no new functionality, so I am attempting via Apple to get a refund. I found the support response was quick, but neither the web site nor the app itself has any instructions, information, etc.  So I now have a discontinued app that I was allowed to "upgrade" that has no presets, or the Overloud FX switch, etc. Hopefully I get my refund, as I would not have done the upgrade if I'd known it was not the current version. Another life lesson, I guess.

Apple will refund. They're OK with that.

So far they haven't, but I also haven't seen the charge go through yet. I am waiting to hear back from them again. I have had a refund once before from Apple, but I wonder if they will allow this again.
