Only just got around to read the eZine - that sounds awesome (also the "smaller" things like performance improvements) ...

I guess CS API is not going to be updated (as happened with Simple Instrument tracks and folders)...

Its not forgotten. We just need time to schedule a slot for it. Too many things to do and two few people.
Are you interested in helping with that project?

The short answer is yes. The format of my help we can discuss off-line. But to avoid misinterpretation of my answer, I have full time job and I have no plans to change it.

FINALLY!!

Very impressive what 2 can get done ...

Freudian slip but not that far fetched :)

So you want two more staff to add to the two you have now. Hmmmm!

Yes, these updates sound pretty good!

Now, if the measures can be offset (i.e. have lead-in measures -2, -1, 0, etc.), then I think all Negative-Nancy's may be satisfied!

I still hope they fix the transient detection with the next update. I wonder if I am the only one using Audio Snap, considered that noone else seems to be bothered by this problem :)

YAY!!!! My top and bottom snare mic's can finally live on a track instead of being bussed! And my inside and outside kick mics. Also my near and far cab mics. And my body and fretboard spaced pair acoustic guitar mics. And my conga mics. And my...*ahem*...anyway, you get the idea.

Anyway, YAY!!

This all looks great. Really useful for multi-mic stuff as Razorwit says, and also great for parallel stuff and mid-side decoding.

It's starting to feel like we've had more this year than we'd have ever got in an annual release.
