Ctl+A to select all, then From = Now with Now time where you want the project to end, and then Cut Special, and check everything.
 
Or select a time range to export using Thru = Now and From = Start. I have the old Pre-X1 hotkeys F9, Ctrl+F9, F10 and Ctrl+F10 assigned to these select functions because they've always been indispensable for making fast selections to end or back to start from Now.
