Summary:
This has happened for the last two updates and although the entire update process seems to finish correctly, the version and status in CCC still shows the old version and a yellow ball is only found next to Sonar Platinum.
 
What do I do to fix this?

Ok, nevermind, maybe third time is a charm, because this time it went green and showed installed versions correct.

Click on the bottom line of the CCC that makes it check for updates again and it will update its status.
