Thanks for your help Beep! I just gave Cake a call and they got me fixed up straight away. It looks like some things were missed back when the accounts were changed so we could have a single login for our store accounts and our forum accounts.

I've purchased CL and I didn't see it in my account (via CC or manual login).
I've just started to use CC 2 days ago.
As rtucker pointed out if it's an older purchase it may have gotten lost in the SSO shuffle. If it's a newer purchase I think it would show up as a "connected product".
Either way if you aren't seeing the CL at all in your account then definitely get a hold of support.
I seem to have been rather fortunate as I did not lose anything in the SSO change. I did however go into spazzo mode beforehand and took snapshots of my account and contacted Cake to set things up so my Store was completely isolated from my forum account.
I did end up having some store weirdness anyway (I guess the new account for my store did not get confirmed or something) but it got sorted rather quickly over the phone.
I don't use CCC. I just do the offline thing. Works fine for me... if not mildly confusing at times due to the mountain of products.
Meh... give 'em a call. It's free in the US.
