Have just switched those off, and it's still doing the same thing. However, in any case, I thought they didn't apply to automatic background scan? They're greyed out when you have that scan type selected. I had to select a different type, change the options, and then switch back to automatic.
It's not causing a problem or anything, but it's different, so I'm curious to work out what's going on.
