Probably a silly, brain dead question, but I'm tired and a little under weather....lol
 
I'm in the process of getting everything installed...(Sonar Platinum upgrade from X3 Producer)
 
I already have AD2 installed (From a free upgrade from the original that came with X3 producer).....how do I get the additional 3 ADPaks?  Obviously, I shouldn't need to have to install the program again....?

BTW, contact XLN and they will give you even more AD2 Paks in exchange for your CW AD2 Serial Number (basically they void the SN).

When you say they "cancel" the CW serial number....you mean the one I had previously?   How many more did they give you to do that?  And is there any reason I might not want to allow that?

They cancelled my "upgrade" serial number and then put an equivalent value of products (my choice) into my account to redeem.

Also, don't forget to get the 3 midi packs and 3 kit pieces all included with Splat upgrade.

I was able to register the CW code in addition to my existing license in my XLN account. When I went to buy yet another bundle on sale, their online store told me that I have TOO many of the bundle already, and can't purchase another. Whiskey Tango Foxtrot?

That was your first mistake. Whisky Tango Foxtrot would you need two licenses for the same product?
 
Contact XLN, they'll sort it out. You need to ask them yo apply you CW serial to exp packs or midi packs. That's what I did.
