I've had numerous Fault Reports, each time the software crashes, which is quite often, but each time I get a fault report, and get excited, (hey finally the bakers may get some information and tell me how to stop this!)and even when I don't get excited, I get the response that an error occurred and sonar cannot complete my request. every time. every time. Sorry, just gotta rant to someone....

Do you mean it did not make the connection to send or that the fault reporter did not open?
 
Check your "C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Roaming\Cakewalk\SONAR Platinum\MiniDumps" folder. The "Appdata" directory is hidden, but can be viewed in folder options. If the dump (*.dmp) file was actually created, it would be in that directory.

And check the windows event viewer for more detail on the errors.

Okey Dokey, Thanks Guys,....that event viewer, scary animal there, spits out strange stuff, kinda scared to venture in...

When sending reports do not check "keep me updated" do not add your email it has never worked for me ether.
