I just installed the recently released driver for my Tascam us1641 I/O, on my 4790k studio PC and it is not showing up in SPLAT as an option MIDI devices nor for MIDI outputs. Audio plays, though I haven't recorded anything on it yet.
I am stumped! Anyone?

PS I had disabled Norton antivirus the first time, but thought I'd try reinstalling the driver and control panel. It worked.
I had been hoping this newest driver and new studio desktop 4790k would give me better round trip latency, but it still is
11 msec at 44.1 
Oh well, time for dinner and a movie! LOL
