Edit, select all, export is also setting the dirty bit.
If I recall correctly this was an old one that Splat quit doing.

I could be wrong again though.

Same bug. There are various operations where some plugins call UpdateDisplay so it can modify the project.
Try it with a better behaved VST2 like Z3ta+ and it won't do that.

I cannot fix this from the host side since it will make Cakewalk ignore legit changes from other plugins. Please contact the respective vendors and ask them to consider fixing these issues in the plugins.

I sent email to vendor (Plogue). I hope they can fix this...
I hate occurring frequently auto save caused by this issue.
