Hi check my thread,i'm working on SPlat with Liquid mix on W7 64 bit.
Good luck
http://forum.cakewalk.com...aspx?m=2347848&p=1

followed every step to the letter, the Dword, the legacy driver under disable driver sign, etc finally got it loaded and installed.
the GUI issue is one thing, I can still see the plug in on the hardware itself and control it from the same,
but the issue is jbridger assigning itself to just about every VST, even though I only assigned one  separate folder to the wrapped dlls,.There was a post about plug in manager properties to affect folders, but in that dialog, the select jbridge button is selected BUT grayed out...

ok try to delete all jbridge dlls without delete liquidmix.64 and put them on your desktop.
you must be sure that liquidmix 32 bit dlls are in the separate sonar 32 bit vst folder.
Run Sonar and add the vst 64 bridged folder directory with only liquidmix.64 in vst preferences.
Run jbridge and scan only the liquid mix 32 vst folder.
Select the previous empty vst bridged folder for the new liquidmix.64
In Sonar plugs manager scan the vst and flags the open with jbridge on liquidmix.64
If works flag only run in existing auxhost in liquidmix plugin prop.
let me know

good luck

Well thats another thing, the ONLY dlls with the jbridged 64 extension are the two liquid mix ones, NO other vst is getting tagged, yet, the error pops up every time I open an existing  project about cannot save the for example Kontakt 64 instance

I'm such a noob, the first thing I thought of was the retired basketball player Junior Bridgeman.

He's doing quite well btw.....

Just install jBridge, no wrapping necessary with Sonar because support for jBridge is built-in.
To have jBridge wrap a specific vst or vsti click on the plugin's properties and select jBridge.

the only problem I have is you have to scan the vst dll first, and the scan freezes on those two dlls since they are 32 bit, and the dlls don't get picked up.

Would there be any advantage in creating subfolders in your VST path? One for 64 bit plugins and one for 32 bit plugins. You may be able to point to stuff more easily. You could also move the VST DLL's where there are dupe versions into another folder that does not get scanned.

Another thing to do is check for dupe file paths.

Don't know what you mean by this, jBridge has to scan the dll's first?
Follow the directions specifically for Sonar, it's easier than you think..
(don't run the jBridger tool)

There is an update on the jbridge site to 1.73 although I'm not sure what's meant by a 'demo' version but am guessing it's a beta.

Have you tried contacting João?
He's always been really helpful and quick to respond.

No No I didnt say Jbridge had to scan the vsts first, its the Sonar plug in manager that has to scan first to recognize the vst.
When plug in manager scans and finds the ORIGINAL dlls it freezes and crashes, this is before any wrapping or running jbridger. So it won't populate my list of available vsts because it crashes on the scan,
I am running win 10 64 bit, if i was running 32 bit anything else the original 32 bit LM dlls would scan sucessfully and register, I know because I ran LM  before, even with win 7 64 bit.
