If this is indeed a driver issue then the best thing to do would be to contact Roland. Unfortunately there seems to be no problem report form or other way of contacting them on their Support page ... http://www.roland.com/support/
Thanks Seth, obviously we need to make it a bit easier to email us! :-) Currently, you can email support either by choosing 'Email Support" from the support menu listed on every page or by clicking the 'Email Support" icon on the top right of the page Seth listed. Apologies if that is not clear.
I have checked our Knowledge Base and do not see any specific reports of issues with this combination of products. Please do let our support team know the details and if there is an issue on our side we will do our best to get a resolution.

I don't see the Email Support icon on the top of the page I linked ...

Also, when I go to the Octa-Capture's product page here ...

Product Support department by phone or email.' However, clicking the Product Support hyperlink takes me to an FAQ page, not a contact page.
I'd like to be able to submit this bug report should I come across it myself.
EDIT: Nevermind, I see there's an Email Support button on the FAQ page.
