Ah OK.
The only things I can suggest is:
Look at Windows event viewer for any crash info.
Unplug your controllers to see if it works.
Perform a VST reset:

Consider running chkdsk /R from an administrative command prompt.
Run windows update
Update your audio interface firmware and drivers, and display drivers.
Consider motherboard BIOS and update chipset drivers via Intel autoupdate.
Make sure interface in windows control panel -> sounds is off for the moment...
Roll back Sonar and reinstall it.
