In trying to answer my main question (can I sync the Nomad Factory BT Oilcan Delay to the song's tempo/BPM?) I found that I can't reach any documentation for it. Searching online brings me to this page: http://www.cakewalk.com/Documentation?product=SONAR&language=3&help=Plug-ins.2.html#1768430 - and that says 'For more information, see the Blue Tubes online Help'. Unfortunately, this is the only online help I can find for the plugin.
 
Anybody got any suggestions?

The documentation needs rewording. Nomad does not provide individual help files for their plug-ins. There is a pdf  included in the Windows - VST Installer.zip file which may be downloaded from http://www.nomadfactory.com/downloads/index.html
 
There is no need to install the plug-ins (actually you do not want to install the plug-ins, it will kill the SONAR Blue Tubes license).
 
The pdf does not contain any more than an image of the plug-ins and very terse descriptions of the controls of the plug-ins.
 
The BT Vintage Oilcan Echo TLE-2S does not sync to tempo.

Has anybody tried to update these plugins to the latest versions (assuming blue tubes patches them?).
