Craig, thanks so much for doing the heavy lifting.

I love the samples you have done in the past and, lets be realistic, not many of us have the money to be able to do the samples you have done with all the different instruments.

And even fewer have an office that's several hundred feet from Gibson USA, or what I refer to as "the world's greatest lending library if you're a guitar player"  That's where the guitars are coming from.

The Custom Shop and Gibson Memphis have also been really helpful for loaning instruments, so a shoutout to them as well. It's really cool to be able to ask "hey, can I borrow a Gold Top for a month?" and have the answer be "Are you sure that's enough time?"

Craig, any chance some time soon you borrow a Thunderbird bass for a month (if thats enough time) ?

Did a Thunderbird for Rapture Pro, I believe it's in the Rapture Pro factory patches. I didn't do all 8 sounds, like I did with the EB5, but plan on doing the Full Meal Deal at some point.

The electronics in the Thunderbird are the same as the EB5, so I thought there would be little point to sampling the TB. I was wrong, and very surprised at the difference - the neck through body aspect, and the different tonewoods, give a totally different sound. Ya learn something new every day...

Really looking forward to sampling the Midtown bass next. It's not a conventional solid body and has this gorgeous, warm tone. I don't think Gibson is making it this year but luckily, I grabbed one for sampling while some were still in inventory.

Craig, you have not listed EB5 above and for the moment I thought my memory is doing tricks again as I was sure it was your making. I have EB5 since X2 and it ended up of many of my works. And when Melodyne came out my every real bass line is always doubled by some EB5. I decided I'll pass on Rapture Pro, after all why would a guitar player need a nineteenth synth in his collection? Count me in if you have a full Thunderbird as separate product.

Great respect and admiration for all you do !

Actually it's in the list, just above the "Maladie Du Coeur" video that features it.

It has become my go-to bass. I'll only pat myself on the back for being very careful about the sampling, it's hard to go wrong with that sound.

Aha! An incentive to do the other seven sounds...well given that I want them too, that's two of us. I guess we have a quorum

Thank you very, very much. Not to diminish what I do, but I do create these things for my own use. Fortunately, it just so happens Cakewalk has a structure that allows for sharing them.

It would be a great honour being in a so exclusive Thunderbird club. But without slightest doubt, other will want to follow.
