Granted we already have Groups and Track Colors: but that doesn't change Track Views layout very much. How about Insert Track Break from the right click menu to separate tracks for easier viewing and navigation.

Simply inserting an empty track does not have the same effect (especially when transitioning to the Console). I think this would be a nice simple addition to Sonar. To cover the finer details, the breaks could have a slight visual presence in the Track Pane or Audio Scale to allow for modularity and deletion.
