With Ipswich we can export hundreds of audioclips at once - as they are named.
They get the filenames exact as the audioclipsare are named.
Unfortunately it is tiresome work to select the audioclip and name it in the inspector.
The Event List does not allow to rename audioclips.
  
Has anyone found a keystroke or other  solution to quick rename audioclips?

Renaming outside of Sonar is not the problem.
Because we are digitazing tapes and Vinyl we have clipnames like:
Tape_043_a_sp3_047 OR
"01 - Die Post im Walde [Schäffer] 21154"
There is no automatism that could create a tool.
 
We must either write this names to the Clips or write it to the files.
 
But as I see, there is no shortcut to jump directly in the Clip-name-field of the inspector.
 
 

Not really a solution, but you can drag to the Browser and rename there (although the clip in the project will retain the original name).
