External Insert not there anymore in CbB?

I just now updated it to the latest November version and still experience the same issue. I also tried running as root.
I open SPLAT and External Insert works, no issue whatsoever. Compared the audio.ini files couldn't see anything obvious.

I did a complete uninstall using Bandlab assistant and Install again. Issue still there.
The fact that I cannot insert "Insert FX Chain" and "Insert External Insert", there got to be something common for these function/module.

Which OS version are you running? Perhaps its some sort of UI bug you are running into. Its fine here on Windows 10

Windows 7. You're maybe on to something.
For sanity check, I just installed it on a windows 8 laptop I have, and it works there.
