This is an ableton feature I wish we had in SonarLand. 
 
Ableton remembers how the VST GUIs were positioned (open or closed and placement) the last time you had each specific track selected. So on a second dedicated VST monitor you should just click on any track and all the VSTs will be there exactly as you had them the last time the track was selected. All VST GUIs from other tracks will be hidden.
 
Difficult to explain but very useful.
 
 

Great idea, this would be nice.  What would be cool would be to tie a tab in the dock to a track, and show all the plug-ins on that track when the track is selected.
