I did a mix down with ipswitch, but when i hear it in windows compared to sonar, it is not the same sound at all

If you mean playing it through Windows Media Player or whatever, make sure that no sound "enhancements" are enabled in Windows or are specific to your computer. For example, in my HP Elitebook...

I have tried different versions :

* Ipswitch
* Hopkinton
* Foxboro
* Cambridge

All with the same result, so it has to be with prochannel, or platinum itself.
Need to solve this, in a way.

I need to install ipswitch again and look further.

Quite right Craig.

This is why accepted wisdom when troubleshooting exports is to verify it's accuracy in Sonar before unleashing it on the outside world.

That is Windows sound. You need to check what Sonar is using and how its setup. Preferences /audio.

Ok i downloaded Voxengo recorder an put it on my Master BUSS, hit play in sonar and recorded the master

The sound of the recorded file with ( voxengo recorder ) is exactly what i hear in my DAW ;-)

EDIT: Sound examples deleted

there's no change in EQ or other..., just different way to mixdown

Now tell me what's wrong ?

You may also need to check what you are using to play the exported file with.  I had to turn off some options in  AIMP3 (the MP3 player I use on the PC) to get it to play back my files without EQing and altering it.  Many media players have defaults to make audio files "sound good" that will color what you hear when you use it to play the file back.

If you create a new Sonar project and load just the exported audio into it, is it wrong?  If you load the file into a wave editor (which usually don't apply DSP effects by default) is it wrong?

i use windows mediaplayer, but there's no activated EQ or other junk on that, so forget that one.. ;-)

I have uploaded to soundcloud so you all can hear the difference
in the above post from me, you can clearly tell the difference by those two.

I need to know why it is so.... Solutions plz ?

In your first screen shot where you show the export, Sonar in the background is running at 44.1khz 24bit.  Your export dialog is exporting 44.1khz 16bit with triangle dithering.  That will change what you hear in the exported file.  Export it using the same settings as you are using to play it in Sonar.  Dithering is almost always a bad idea in general.
