I've been a bit slow to adapt my workflow to working with loops.  Mainly because I haven't taken the time to dwell on how one would actually put together a project with them.
 
The value added article "Anatomy of a SONAR Project: Loop-Based Video Soundtrack" in the Ipswitch E-Zine really was an eye opener for me.  It really helped me to envision how I can use loops to pull together (and possibly enhance) a project in quick order.
