I did that. In the download it says it's version 1.1 When I start it up it shows version 1.0 and the latest upgrade as 1.0. I exited and came in but it still shows 1.0 I've tried update from settings several times now unsuccessfully 

I think maybe the issue is he needs to download CCC 1.1 from the Command Center page.

I am having a problem I cannot see my project thumbnail or snap shot
 

I think you have to save a project before the Start screen will capture a thumbnail.

I saved a new project and it shows a black box not the thumbnail of the project

I've tried that 3 times now. I've gone so far as to uninstall the CCC from control panel. I've reinstalled the latest version from your link below and when I run it it shows version 1.0 From there I went into settings and logged out then in. I then re run the CCC and still it shows Version 1.0

It's certainly very inconvenient that you can't tell the version number in the CCC UI.

Same here. I installed the Hopkinton update but I still see 1.0 as my and the latest version of the CCC.

I am burning up this got so MAD not being able to get the new updates also the right version of ccc. I guest everyone at cakewalk have gone home.
