I have an issue with the tab labelling in the MultiDock. I would really prefer the text on each of the MultiDock tabs to be shorter or abbreviated. In most of my projects I have a screenset where PRV for each midi track is docked in the in the MultiDock. The text on each tab begins "Piano Roll - " followed by the name of the instrument.  This takes up a lot of width and results in the need for scrolling when there are a lot of tabs. It would help if the text "Piano Roll" could be abbreviated to "PRV" or "PR".

Worse still, if there is more than one instrument track in PRV, the tab text is always displayed as "Piano Roll: multiple tracks". This applies to any instrument that has more than one input channel, e.g. an organ with 3 manuals. It also applies to orchestral instruments where it is common to display string sections or brass sections together in a single PRV. I often have several of these and there is no way of distinguishing them. It would be useful if the tab text was editable and I could change it to "PRV brass" or whatever.

So, short abbreviated tab text would be good. Editable text would be even better.

I vote for the editable version.

And the ability to drag the tabs in any order you want.

You can shorten "Piano Roll" text yourself by using Duckbar: Open Resource Editor (Main menu | Customize | Resource Editor) and edit String Resource #17240.

Here's a screen capture how it's done:

Editable is good.

I would also like to have the ability to change what is displayed by default in multidock and buses/tracks via regex expression in preferences so it can be displayed anyway you like as well.
