carl,
Studio computer, no internet connection; too distracting.
Don't have a TV in the bedroom, etc.

However you do it make sure the software is up to date first if you think iLok is giving you a problem.
Chances are that's your best bet & the quickest way to solve any issues it might be causing.

.... I'm demoing the MMelda Convolution thing, and Slate and Lexicon are STILL THERE; work just fine.

Hope you get it figured out Tom.  Totally off topic, what do you think of the MMelda Convolution plug?  I see they have it on sale this week.

Thanks.

Too soon to tell really, I have the Lexicon LXP bundle, but at this weeks price Melda is probably worth it.
update: for some reason I "get along" with the melda convoluter, $28 no brainer; bought it!

I've had ilok License Manager break on it's own even to the point where it couldn't be installed and then have to do reg hacks.

Thanks one and all
PROBLEM SOLVED!
I re-ran the VST scan with "Re-scan failed plugs" and "Re-scan existing plugs" checked.

That did the trick!
One interesting note, Slate and LXP were in the first project I loaded in "Hodgkins".
My other iLoc plugs appeared to be unaffected (meaning they still were in the Plug-in Mgr play list); go figure.
I did un-install, re-install LXP 32 bit, but that had no effect.
Fortunately I didn't have to lug the Cat into the office after all.
I'll update Platx64 tomorrow (fingers crossed!).
Again thanks to all!
