  • Splat, W10 taskbar annoyance

I normally have my Windows Taskbar set to autohide. One of the several annoyances since upgrading to W10 is that whenever I run Sonar, the taskbar insists on being visible all of the time, thereby obscuring the bottom of the Sonar screen. Only happens with Sonar. Anyone know how to stop this?

That is unusual. I have not seen that unless there is a dialog or window needing attention. Check for a hidden window underneath the Sonar track view main window.

One more thing with Windows 10. Hover your mouse over the task bar of Sonar icon to see if a daughter window is there. This often works and sometimes not.

Sonar > Window > Full Screen mode?

The Win 10 upgrade will not preserve all your windows preferences. Make sure the auto hide option is selected.

John - Can't find anything under anything. Nor is it Windows notifying me that there's more BS e-mail from MS!
Dok - Full Screen Mode solves the prob for as long as it's invoked. Problem returns as soon as I flip out of FSM. It's a partial solution, though, so I'm grateful for that. (I dislike FSM because you can't see the project title - ironically, a phenomenon that somebody else was querying yesterday.)
