I have replaced the Delta66 in my Win8.1x64 box.  It's a shame to have it just sitting around.  Anybody willing to cover shipping/handling can have it.  The Omni box pots/switches gave up long ago.  I have the card, basic breakout box and cable.
 
I can't guarantee the condition, but it was working fine when I pulled it, just not supported beyond Win7.  So if you're a Win7 Delta fan with an empty PCI slot, this one is for you!
