Hi there,
I need an audio editor for my Android phone that will allow me to:
1) Import a .wav or .mp3
2) allow me to drop markers
3) allow me to use those markers to set up a loopable section that will replay until I hit stop
and then of course set the begin and end loop times for any section between any 2 markers.
 
My usage is when shooting on location music videos

It would be totally awesome if it could also import my markers that I save on a 16/44 .wav in SoundForge.
I'd appreciate any suggestions you might have.

Take a look at Audio Evolution Mobile for Android. I run it on my Nexus 10 tablet and my S7 Edge phone. The USB interface option cost me less than $7 extra (in-app purchase) if I remember correctly. It supports a LOT of audio interfaces. They have marker support, but you'll want to check if it does what you want. This is a pretty well-featured DAW.

Thanks. That's interesting and I'll keep it in mind but I don't need a DAW or interface support.
Just an editor similar to SoundForge.
