It´s a (short) story:
Had the old store account in which all my purchases, downloads aso were listed.
Then the SSo accounts were introduced and in the beginning, if I remember right 6 month or so,
there were no of my purchases listed in the the sso account.
I had to write some PM`s to Ryan and the tech support ,to get my things together.
To answer short:
After that the Splat purchase it occured shortly after the registration in my sso account.
So if your new Sonar purchase is already registered and not listed in your sso account,
I would contact the tech support.......
