SPLAT Audio exports as .x64 - where do I change that again?

Hi guys, my SPLAT suddenly exports all audio as .x64 files. I know it can be changed somewhere but I can't find it. 64bit processing is not selected in Bounce nor in Export Audio.
Thanks for the help!

In Preferences/Audio Data/ Render Bit Depth.

Nope, it set to 24bit already... is this maybe a new bug? I tested it now with a different project and the second one exports properly. What could affect that inside a project? The problematic one contains audio from various DAWs.. Just wondering..

You can set the bit depth from the export dialog.

I do not work with very large files. Is this a very large export? If so, SONAR uses a file with .w64 extension, info here

. I do not recall SONAR using a .x64 extension on export.
