Brought up an old project that VVocal was used on just a couple spots. Well, now when I load that project into the current version those few spots where the Vvocal was applied there is no audio. Is there a way to revert it back or revomoe the Vvocal from it si I cam work with that project again?

Hi. Is it no sound when you play the clip, or is it "just the graphics"? Can you right click on it, and recompute the audio picture?
Best of luck.

Have you tried to look in the audio folder of that project (if you use per project audio folder)? Or maybe do a search for the missing file?
Do you have any backups of that project?

If you don't have V-Vocal  in your latest Sonar version you could try opening it in an older Sonar version that V-Vocal works in and select "remove region effect."

Which version was it worked in? The original audio file may be in your global audio folder (or in the project audio folder if a new enough version). Finding it may be a hurdle (if you didn't name the track/clip), but can order contents by date and move backward from the last project file date. The actual wav file should bear a very similar name to the clip/track name in the project with the missing chunks. (One method)

VV will open in newer versions of SONAR, but requires a basic installation (via advanced install options) of the actual SONAR program (X2 or earlier). (Another method)

I got V-Vocal back by reinstalling Sonar X2.
