Any one using any Nebula libraries (or any others) with 96k instances along with SONAR's up-sampling feature?
I've been rendering to 32b / 96k source mixes with 2 instances of 96k Nebula to test in my 24b/44k projects & it seems to be working fine.
Haven't tested or compared different bit rate rendered version files yet.
Let me know your opinion or if there's anything I should take notice or be aware of.

TIA

After many crashes when exporting mixes I've found it's was caused by specific plugins.
Luckily Nebula & my all Acqua plugins work but some algos don't support the up-sampling feature, had to deselect them before rendering successfully.

Jury is still out on any quality difference.

It depends on the plug-in and whether oversampling is implemented internally. Quality is obvious and noticeable in some cases, irrelevant in others if what is essentially upsampling is already built into the plug-in. My general advice is don't upsample unless you can hear a difference.

Thanks for the info Craig.
As soon as I isolate the problematic plugins I'll be doing comparisons & critical listening.
Specifically interested in reverb & 96k Nebula programs when working with them in 24b/44k projects.
