Bought the MP3 encoder from the Cakewalk store. Downloaded fine buy it won't install (Sonar Platinum), returning a message that says there is not a suitable application installed (Sonar does not appear in the list of options). Looked around for info, but it's not very clear at all.

You most-likely purchased the wrong version (there are 2), contact Cakewalk directly http://forum.cakewalk.com/FindPost/2090582 and they give you the correct version.

Just for the record - a simple call to Tech Support fixed my problem (I bought the wrong product for Platinum). 2 minutes total. Great service.
