I have just installed Music Creator 5 on a new Win7 64-bit computer. Almost everything is working fine, including the Sound Centre. The only thing that seems to be messed up is the SI Drum Kit. It's not only dysfunctional within the MC application, but the *.wav files themselves are corrupted somehow during the installation. When I try to play any individual file using Windows Media Player direct from the installation folder I get the same behaviour as when I try to use them in MC5. They are just noise - a loud static buzz. Looking at the installed Drum Kit help file I see that it lists support for Win XP and Visat - no mention of Win 7. Is this accurate, or just out of date? Can anyone help me get the SI Drum Kit wav files to install properly? Thanks in advance.

No problem with SI Drums in Windows 7 for me. I don't use it but I checked on my rig and it runs fine. Try an un-install and re-install it. Sometimes it takes a re-install to iron out problems. I always install and then shutdown the computer immediately and re-boot. Sometimes the registry has to update with a re-boot to get some older programs to work correctly. Good Luck!
