  • Can't Get CCC To Show Hopkinton Update

Sorry if this has been covered already. I searched for about a half hour last night and again this morning for solutions and I still can't find anything that works.

I skipped the "G" update and now want to update to Platinum "Hopkinton". When I open CCC it says I am up to date on both my desktop and my laptop. What I have tried:

- Selecting the gear at the top of the page and then selecting "Check Now". It scans and says everything is up to date.

- Logging out and logging back in then repeating the steps above. Same result.

- Reinstalling CCC and repeating steps above, no change.

I am obviously missing something. Any suggestions for how to get my update to work?

You've taken all the recommended steps to get it to show.

You could try uninstalling and installing CCC from the website (not just a reinstall).

Otherwise contact support.

Log into your account at Cakewalk, go to your products page, and download
it directly from there.

@ Bristol_Jonesey  and @ Doktor Avalanche  - I have filed a support ticket.  Thanks for the suggestion.
 
@ peregrine - Thanks for this suggestion.  I found the Hopkinton download link in my account and I am downloading now.
 
I will follow up with any progress.  Cheers!!

That's why I wrote uninstall/download it again afterwards.
Although it is supposed to update itself.
It's a little tricky to check version numbers with the application with others, I hope future versions of CCC will have the version number prominently displayed upon startup.
