There has been one update to Rapture Pro.

When I first bought it, it was virtually unusable, but since the patch was implemented, I use it in most projects.
It always seems as though it's not responding, because there's no indication or progress bar, but some of the patches are quite RAM intensive and it takes a few seconds to load.
Once it's loaded, it's fine.

Agreed, the last patch was good enough to stabilize the product pretty well (Cakewalk managed the priorities well on what got fixed first), but there are still some obvious stuff missing which has been discussed in the instrument forums. Also the levels for many of the samples were not normalized. We were told another SP would be on it's way shortly after the last patch was released.

Glad this thread is stabilizing into a sensible conversation... thanks.

One way or the other I'd still like to know what is actually happening (not just with Sonar).

that's not how cakewalk roll

Unfortunately you may be right about CW but I would urge them to keep improving how they share this type of info with all.  If a user wants to wait to install S-Pt H until the fixes are out before upgrading then they will need to know when CW is pushing them out. In this case the yellow dot in the updater is not enough since it is already yellow (if you see what I mean).  Case in point was the earlier S-Pt version that had a bug related to the Drum Map for some installations.  The link to the fix seemed to be buried in a forum.  Luckily our friend Mudgel came to my rescue and pointed out where the fix was listed.
Many of us feel CW is doing a good job with their programming, this is more about ironing out the details of communication related to the new monthly update model.

I don't think I understand this thread. What fixes to Sonar H are people actually talking about?

Chronic irritation rarely fixes anything.
Most often the result is soreness.  In extreme cases malignancy can develop.

I think he's referring mainly to loose ends with Start Screen (e.g., can't handle some foreign language alphabets) and CCC.

As to Rapture Pro, you may have noticed I didn't post about it when it came out...that's because I didn't use it. However, since the last update, I've been using it more. Not the most elegant instrument in my collection, but I'm finding it increasingly useful. Like Rapture, it does things other instruments can't do.
