So I am trying to install a copy of Guitar Rig 5 on my laptop.  I have an account at NI but I have forgotten my password.  However, I am getting no response when trying to get a password reset (I have checked my Spam folder.)  
 
Of course, the only way to contact support is to log into your account.  
 
Anybody else have this issue?

Try a different browser.  Sometimes browsers don't allow certain things
and that can interfere with the process to send the Password Reset.

I have tried Chrome and IE, neither one has worked.

I actually tried to create a new account with the email address and it said the email address was already in use, so I am pretty sure I am.

Maybe it's just a slow day in the mail server.  Hopefully not a spam killer AI on the loose!

Not sure but I ended up calling them.  Done in 5 minutes with 4 minutes of hold time.

I have found NI phone support to be excellent. Email and web support, forget it!
