One of the update items was "SONAR Local Documentation". However, when I look at the Reference Guide and User Guide pdfs, they are still from January?
 
Is that not the local documentation?

The reference guide, like every version of SONAR before it which supplied the pdf, is a snapshot of the original help for that version. The chm is updated with every release.
