[Solved] Change default template for Start Screen?

Is it possible to change the default template for the new Start Screen and also when you press CTRL+N for a new project?
It looks like changing the Normal template does not do that trick any more.

Try this: use CTRL-N to begin a new project. Select the desired template from the list, then click on "Set as default template."

Click the little star in the template's icon (it'll turn blue) - you do need to be quite accurate though...
