I posted this upstairs but I'm not sure it was the right place for a response. I don't see the Hopkinton upgrade in the CCC. I tried uninstalling the command center. I've reinstalled. It still shows 1.0. I've tried the check for updates 3 times and still nothing new. I still see version 1.0 even though I downloaded the newest version. I stuck. PLEASE HELP!!

Bill, in the upper right hand corner of CCC, open the settings button (the gear) and check the upgrade button.  Hope this helps.

Thanks Lynn! I tried that 3 times. I show the CCC is still version 1.0. It's showing my last upgrade is the drum production upgrade. I can't think of anything else to do

In the download set up it shows CCC version 1.1.20. I'm baffled why after installing I still shows 1.0 and nothing I've done this month.

Go here to update the CCC. Sounds like maybe you're asking the old CCC to check for updates to SONAR.

I've tried that 3 times now. I've gone so far as to uninstall the CCC from control panel. I've reinstalled the latest version from your link below and when I run it it shows version 1.0 From there I went into settings and logged out then in. I then re run the CCC and still it shows Version 1.0

I have as far as I can tell I have the latest updates but I show version 1.0 of the CCC. Hopkinton is working.

I uninstalled the CCC and reinstalled. Then I logged out then in. Then from settings I ran update. I started the CCC still showing version 1.0. This time the platinum button was yellow. It gave me the Hopkinton Upgrade as far as I can tell. I have the new start up screen. The CCC still shows version 1.0 and in my store account the last thing registered was drum replacement. No sign of the Hopkinton Upgrade in my store account. 

Where are you seeing the Version number for CCC? This is what I see when I goto the exe and right click for properties.

OK the 1.0 is from my list at the top of the CCC. It's not the version of CCC I have but of the Modern Drum Replacement upgrade. I checked out the new start up screen and love it!
 
Don't laugh and you know who you are! I Am on prescribed drugs at the moment so at least I have an excuse.
